Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality of personalized, concierge service, sessions are reserved exclusively for you. Because drive time and dedicated schedule slots are allocated for your appointments, please review our cancellation guidelines:
24-Hour Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with 24+ hours' notice will be moved to a mutually available time at no extra charge.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session (the session will be deducted from your package balance).
Emergency Courtesy
We understand that life happens! Each client receives one complimentary "grace" pass per package for unexpected emergencies or sudden illness, allowing you to reschedule without losing a session.
Same-Week Reschedule Exemption
If a late cancellation occurs, but schedule availability allows us to reschedule and complete that session within the same calendar week, your session credit will be preserved.
